I'm proud to offer my first-ever group coaching program, starting in 2024!
To register for the series, click here.
This is limited to a maximum of ten participants to ensure a quality experience.
The course begins on Tuesday, April 16 2024 at 7pm Eastern time.
Sessions will be every-other-week, and will be up to 90 minutes, allowing for in-depth participation and to ensure we address the issues that people bring.
We will begin by creating individualized development plans, and I will use those to help focus sessions & activities. Participants are expected to bring real-world problems which challenge them! That's where our focus will start, and will stay.
I'm invested in this helping you overcome hurdles and get to your own Next Level, whatever it is.
If you cannot participate, but would be interested in other possibilities, please provide your information here.
At the moment, in concert with several IIBA Chapters, I’m providing talks about six times a year. To keep up on that follow me on LinkedIn.
These are typically 40-60 minute talks, with an additional ~30 minutes for Q&A from the participants. Audience questions are always great!
To my knowledge, these talks do count for continuing education for both IIBA and PMI certifications. (You self-report this, I have no system to report for you.)
Are recordings available?
As of 2024, I’m posting these to my YouTube channel.
Typically 2-3 times a year, I offer a public course live-online. These have covered business analysis techniques, agile practices & skills, user story writing, and many other things which trip people up in the work I do!
Following me on LinkedIn is the best ways to keep up with these.
If you'd like to have something brought in-house, either from online or custom, contact me and we can figure out how to make it happen.
I help individuals from business analysts, product owners, team leads, Agilists, and managers, in 1:1 coaching relationships.
I’m comfortable discussing abstract topics such as career paths, goals, interests, up to structuring BA and team learning in agile situations.
The whole point of this kind of coaching is that it is bespoke and custom to your specific situation!
Sometimes this is something an individual initiates, and other times its executive or a manager will retain me to help them with a topic, or to have an outside perspective.
Here are a few examples of successful coaching situations & focus I’ve had in the past.
These situations have typically been goal-focused, and finish within 4 to12 weeks depending on our intention. These are highly individualized and aligned to the goals we set up.
I love the opportunities when I can make a difference this way and help individuals and groups travel a better path and form an effective and collaborative team!
As a frequent conference presenter I do speak in-person and remotely at conferences.
For nonprofit organizations I will often only charge expenses - or nothing, if remote. This varies on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask about this.
For corporations, I’ve helped with in-house learning and interest sessions. This has ranged from lunch-and-learns (single or a series), to specific training from my work, or facilitation of a focused session on any of my topics.
