I'm Ryland Leyton, and I wear quite a few hats in the world of business and technology. With over two decades of experience in the tech sector, I've journeyed from database and web programming to project management, discovering my true passion lies in business analysis (BA) and Agile methodologies.

My heart lies in growing individuals and organizations in their SDLC, analysis, and agile practices.

What might we do together?
Because I love what I do, I spend time doing it outside my day job.
I teach classes, give talks, coach individuals and organizations, and provide an outside perspective.
Professional contributions
I'm proud to be a co-author of the Second Edition of the IIBA Agile Extension to the BABOK and the IIBA Agile Analysis Certification. Active involvement with the IIBA keeps me engaged, and I love sharing insights on BA, project management, Agile practices, and career development at local and national conferences. I’ve had good experiences speaking remotely and in-person.
